How can I make a product change?
An exchange can be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. The items you want to change must be new, in excellent condition and must not have been worn but only tried on. It is possible to exchange / return only once for each order. Please return the products to us in their original packaging.
To replace an already purchased product, please follow the instructions below:
1. Communicate via e-mail or by phone at +39 371 418 3733:
- item name or code
- measure item
- date of purchase of the product you want to replace
2. Ship the goods well protected in their original packaging. The shoes must not have been worn, otherwise the replacement will not be accepted.
- Residents in Italy : prepare the package, notify us when it is ready and we will send our courier for collection. Free return.
- Residents in the EU: send the product to be replaced via the national mail service or courier. The costs are borne by the customer.
- Non-EU residents: Ship the product exclusively via UPS or DHL. The costs are borne by the customer.
How can I request a return and refund?
If you do not wish to replace the material or do not find other products to exchange with, you can submit a return request. The money will be returned to you net of the bank transaction costs.

What are the payment methods?
You can make your purchases safely using the following payment methods:

How do gift cards work?
You can use customizable amount vouchers and gift cards. Electronic gift cards, greeting card, gift box are available.
To activate this service we ask you to contact us before purchasing the product via e-mail or by phone at +39 371 418 3733:
You will receive an e-mail containing the gift card upon validation of your order.
The voucher can be used within one year from the date of sending the confirmation e-mail.
How do coupons and promotional codes work?
If you have a promotional code, enter the alphanumeric code in the cart at the time of your payment. The discount will be applied directly to the total amount.
How long does it take for my order to ship?

We are artisans and the shoe of your choice is packaged as soon as we receive the order, we do not already have the item ready.
To ensure a high quality standard, each pair of shoes is made to measure. At the time of purchase you will receive a phone call within a few hours from the team of artisans with whom you will define any customizations on the chosen model before proceeding immediately with your order.
