3-: a- Send the product to be replaced with Poste Delivery Standard of the Italian post office for those residing in Italy. (Shipping costs are charged to the customer).
b- Send the product to be replaced with the post office of the country of residence or with a courier of your choice for EEC residents. (Shipping costs are charged to the customer). c- Send the product to be replaced exclusively with UPS or DHL couriers for non-EEC residents. (Shipping costs are charged to the customer).
4- If you do not find anything for replacement, we will wait for the return, we will make sure that the product has no signs of wear due to use and if these requirements are met, WE WILL RETURN YOUR MONEY. strong
